Brake pad product maintenance policy
1、 Warranty Scope and Conditions
Anti counterfeiting verification
Laser anti marking needs to be purchased and inspected through official channels. Non regular channel products do not enjoy warranty
Abnormal wear determination
Rapid wear caused by material defects can apply for quality inspection, but wear caused by intense driving or mixing brake pads of different materials is not covered by the warranty
2、 Replace standard
Thickness threshold
The thickness of the new film is about 15mm. If it wears down to 3-5mm (less than 1/3 of the original thickness), it needs to be replaced immediately
Electric vehicles are recommended to be checked every 30000 kilometers due to their energy recovery function, but their actual lifespan may be longer
Abnormal signal
Abnormal metal friction noise (high-frequency whistling or low-frequency rumbling sound)
The brake pedal travel has significantly increased or the braking force has decreased
Instrument panel brake warning prompt (equipped on some models)
3、 Supporting maintenance requirements
Mandatory replacement item
Severely worn brake discs must be replaced simultaneously, and the use of new brake pads alone is prohibited
New energy vehicles require the use of specialized brake kits (such as Beyond series brake discs with anti-corrosion coating)
Regular maintenance
Check the condition of brake discs/pads every 15000 kilometers
Brake fluid needs to be replaced regularly, and it is recommended to refer to the vehicle manual for the recommended cycle
4、 Special precautions
Material compatibility
NAO ceramic formula cannot directly replace semi metallic brake pads, and a complete brake system upgrade is required
Installation specifications
Non professional technicians may cause warranty failure, and specialized lubricating grease is required for maintenance of the cylinder
